Self Pay Rates:
Initial Assessment (1st Appointment, 60-90 minutes) - $170
Individual Therapy Session (45 minutes) - $110
Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes) - $150
Family Therapy (60 minutes) - $150
Parent/Caregiver Coaching (60 minutes, will not be covered by insurance)- $150

Forms of Payment
Accepted forms of payment include debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), HSA/FSA cards, cash or check.
I ask for a credit card to be kept on file at your first appointment and will only charge it in case of co-pays, late cancellations or missed appointments, and charges not covered by your insurance. Payments for session fees, missed appointment fees or copays are due at the end of each scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy
I ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, that you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that life happens and sometimes people are unable to keep an appointment, however late cancellations and no shows make it challenging for me to maintain consistent appointment availability for my clients. In addition they can be disruptive to your therapeutic progress.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
